Septic Inspection

At Liberty Inspection Group, we have experts who can conduct a septic inspection on your soon-to-be home. You’ll want to make sure that your septic system is clean, safe, and functioning properly to avoid costly repairs or replacement. In addition to the potentially high cost of having to replace the septic system, a failed system is considered an environmental hazard, as untreated wastewater harbors bacteria and viruses that can contaminate your ground and well water. It is recommended that you have your septic system evaluated every three years.

If the home has been vacant or if more people are moving in than currently live there, a Hydraulic Load Test is needed. The hydraulic load test is used to verify that a septic system’s absorption area can efficiently receive and filter a specified volume of liquid. This amount is based on what the system should be able to handle on a peak-flow day.
