We are excited to announce that effective Monday, January 23, 2023 we will be using Spectora’s software for our scheduling and inspection reporting software.

Spectora’s reports are user-friendly and intuitive. With a “clickable” menu that helps you easily navigate the inspection report, we are sure that this change will elevate the user experience.

Some of the features that will help you navigate your report and make the real estate transaction easier are:

• Repair Builder Request List:  This feature allows you to quickly and easily build a reply to inspections asking for repairs, replacements, or a credit.
• A tab that takes you to just the significant defects. All houses have issues to one extent or another. This feature allows you to focus on major defects or serious safety issues only.
• Link to the summary to quickly and easily view any items or areas of the home that are in need of repair or replacement.
• A client dashboard that puts payment, agreement, reports, and inspector info all in one place. No more sorting through emails! You can click the link in your confirmation email, bookmark your personal dashboard, and visit it as many times as you need.
